Alain Bossé, aka The Kilted Chef, gave permission to set our easels up on his property to paint. What a wonderful farm. What a wonderful view. What wonderful people. Anne and I fell in love with this setting. I moved to the field bordered by the white fence as I liked the way it curved with the rolling topography.

After completing my painting (Anne finished two), Alain offered me a tour of his large renovated barn and showed me his stored kites. He is, apparently, a kite freak. Of course, we talked about kite photography.
