Get a Grip

These two-toned, rust and dust, work tools caught my eye when I visited a farm museum. I imagined farmers, carpenters and other trades people handling these decades ago. Where are those people now? What had these tools help build? 

I plan to attempt a few more studies of this workbench with tools, thinking more abstractly along the lines of artist Karen Knutson.
