Adjacent to a busy highway lies the Palmetto Fishing Pier and Park. This seemed to be popular for fishers, joggers and strollers, I avoided the complexity of the many moored boats at the marina and turned my eyes towards the quieter cove where people launched smaller craft to go fishing.
