Abandoned in the Woods

Once upon a time, a marine artist used this building to display artwork. It has long since been left, empty and abandoned, to slowly slump into the woods.

What first caught my eye was the long pitch of the roof. The structure's weather-worn façade contrasted nicely with the yellow wildflowers. The study encourages me to paint a larger piece and include some artefacts in and around the building to add more character to the story.
