Dusty Paths at Celery Fields

Celery Fields is a waterway diversion and holding facility especially during heavy rainfall. It attracts plenty of bird life, It has also become a popular with walkers, joggers, photographers and families.

What attracted me to this particular scene were the trails leading around and up the rise. The day was hot and the trails were dusty. To capture that dust-in-your-throat feel , I used a red-to-yellow analagous palette with a complementary blue for focal area interest.
