Le Village L'Anse St-Jean Quebec

Le Village L'Anse St-Jean in the Saguenay Region of Quebec is picturesque. Painting here may have save us from tragedy as a storm pelted our campsite at Baie Eternité, washing out access roads, stranding campers, and causing loss of life.
This watercolour was painted as part of "Footsteps East"; a 5,000 km en plein-air painting trip from Nova Scotia to Northern Lake Superior, and back.
